- Device information: Device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and crash logs.
- Location information (if enabled): Approximate and/or precise location data from your device, used for finding nearby riders or delivery locations, real-time route tracking, pickup and drop-off coordination, safety, fraud prevention and analytics.
You can control location access in your device settings, but certain features may not work without it.
1.3 Contacts Information
If you grant the app permission to access your device contacts, we may read selected contacts to allow you to quickly select a recipient, share delivery details, or invite contacts to CF Alpha Logistics. We use this information solely to provide these features and not to sell your contacts or spam them. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service: Create and manage accounts, process delivery requests, match riders, vendors and users, process payments, and send confirmations.
- To improve and personalize the Service: Analyze usage, develop new features, optimize routes and performance, and personalize content and recommendations.
- To communicate with you: Send updates about your orders, service notifications, marketing messages (where permitted), and respond to your requests and support inquiries.

These providers are only allowed to use your data to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.
