Account Deletion

Overview

This page is the official CF Alpha account deletion URL for app users. You can permanently delete your own account directly inside the app, without contacting support.

Account deletion is irreversible. After confirmation, you will be signed out and your account cannot be restored.

Delete in the App (Self-Service)

CF Alpha apps include built-in self deletion:

1. Open the CF Alpha app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Delete by Support Request

If you cannot access your account, send a request from your registered email address to privacy@cfalphalogistics.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your phone number and account email so we can verify ownership.

What Is Deleted

• Your profile details (name, phone number, email) are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
• Saved addresses and app preferences are deleted.
• Support conversations are disassociated from your identity where possible.

What We May Retain

Some records are retained where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, and accounting obligations.

• Transaction and order records required for financial compliance.
• Security and fraud prevention logs.
• Records required to resolve chargebacks or legal claims.

Deletion Timeline

• Self deletion takes effect immediately for account access.
• Data deletion or anonymisation is completed within 30 days, except data that must be retained by law.
