Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CF Alpha's platforms. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CF Alpha Logistics ("CF Alpha", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using any of our Services — including our website, customer app, vendor app, or rider app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our Services. By using CF Alpha, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- CF Alpha will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
- You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.
4. Our Services
CF Alpha provides a platform that connects customers, vendors, and delivery riders for the purpose of last-mile logistics and parcel delivery. We act as a technology intermediary and are not responsible for the quality of goods supplied by vendors or for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., traffic, weather, or natural disasters).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable prior notice.
5. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance by both the relevant vendor and CF Alpha.
- Prices are displayed in local currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is due at the time of placing an order. We accept major payment methods displayed in the app.
- CF Alpha uses PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before a rider has accepted the delivery. Once a rider is assigned, cancellations are at CF Alpha's discretion and may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds for failed, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please raise disputes through our Support page or in-app support within 48 hours of the delivery event.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Vendor Terms
Businesses registered as vendors on CF Alpha agree to the following in addition to these Terms:
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and availability.
- Comply with all applicable food safety, health, and trading regulations.
- Fulfill orders within the agreed preparation times.
- Not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
- CF Alpha charges a commission on each completed order as agreed in your vendor onboarding agreement. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
8. Rider Terms
Independent delivery riders using the CF Alpha Rider App agree to:
- Operate as independent contractors — not employees — of CF Alpha.
- Hold a valid driving licence and comply with local road traffic laws.
- Maintain their own vehicle insurance appropriate for delivery activities.
- Maintain the condition and safety of their vehicle.
- Treat customers, vendors, and other riders with respect and professionalism.
- Earnings are calculated per delivery, with rates visible in the rider app. CF Alpha reserves the right to adjust rates with reasonable notice.
9. Prohibited Conduct
While using CF Alpha, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Use our platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Services or infrastructure.
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, or the order matching system.
- Use false identities or impersonate any person or entity.
- Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse.
- Interfere with the proper working of any CF Alpha system or application.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on CF Alpha platforms are the exclusive property of CF Alpha Logistics or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any CF Alpha content without express written permission.
By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.) to our platform, you grant CF Alpha a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with our Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CF Alpha's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- CF Alpha is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss.
- CF Alpha does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
You may close your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. See our Account Deletion page for full deletion steps and data-retention details. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination (e.g., payment for orders already placed).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CF Alpha Logistics is registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
