- Cloud & infrastructure providers: Firebase, Google Cloud, and hosting providers operate under strict data-processing agreements.
- Law enforcement or regulators: where required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide Services and meet legal obligations:
- Active account data is retained while your account is open.
- Order history is retained for up to 7 years for financial and legal compliance.
- Marketing preferences and communication logs are retained for 3 years from your last interaction.
- When you delete your account, we anonymise or delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

- Firebase Security Rules limiting data access to authorised users.
